Paper Submission Guidelines

We are pleased to invite you to contribute a full research article based on the paper and your presentation at ICEPE 2024. The submitted articles will go through a blind review process, and only the accepted & presented articles in ICEPE 2024 will be published in the Springer LNEE/LNE Series. The deadline for your submission is 15 October 2024. You can submit your article via the CMT portal.

Instruction for the authors for the submission of Full Paper

  • Only the papers presented at the conference will be considered for publication.
  • There is no strict page limit, manuscripts are generally expected to be around 12 pages or more including all text, figures, and references.
  • Must follow the provided paper template.
  • Must submit within the deadline, 15 October 2024.

Prospective authors are invited to submit original papers through our online submission system. All submitted manuscripts should contain original, unpublished results, which can be experimental, numerical, and/or theoretical. All submissions must be only in English. Submitted manuscripts should satisfy the criteria listed below and must NOT be under review or in consideration for publication elsewhere.

Full Paper Template

The authors need to follow the prescribed ICEPE 2024 template for preparing the manuscript. A more detailed guideline for the authors are also provided along with the template.

  • Length: Around 6–12 pages or more including all figures, tables, equations, results, and references.
  • Acceptable file formats: pdf and docs
  • Maximum allowable file size: 10 MB
  • Plagiarism and Multiple Submissions: ICEPE 2024 will strictly follow the standard policies for plagiarism and multiple submissions.

Contents of the manuscript

The manuscript must contain all relevant aspects and information of a regular research in a form of full text. Subtitles of the Paper should be composed of abstract and keywords, introduction and objective, method, findings and argument, conclusion and suggestions.

  1. Abstract: Objectives, methods and findings are summarized in this section. Should be within 300 words.
  2. Keywords: Should contain maximum 5 keywords, separated with semi-colon
  3. Introduction: The subject of the present work should be examined and the differences of the said work from the past, similar works should be presented clearly in the introduction section.
  4. Methodology: The methodology must be clearly stated and described in sufficient detail or with sufficient references.
  5. Result and discussion: Presentation and discussion of the result obtained. Discuss the results. Put your results in perspective by comparing them to other studies or generally accepted knowledge in the field.
  6. Conclusions: Should include conclusions drawn and recommendations and should be within 200 words.
  7. References: Should be listed in chronological order and the format of the attached template must be followed.
